I didn’t arrive here by accident.
For over 20 years, I led inside high-pressure corporate environments.
Big global teams. Big decisions. Constant movement.
From the outside, it worked.
From the inside, I could see exactly where it didn’t.
Women holding everything together.
Making the decisions.
Carrying the weight.
But still second-guessing.
Still circling.
Still not fully trusting themselves when it mattered most.
And I realised something early:
It wasn’t a lack of strategy.
It wasn’t a lack of capability.

The way they had learned to override themselves to keep everything working.
And I saw it because I had done the same.

I’d built strong foundations and was about to open my first aesthetics practice after years of working across the UK.
