EMMA VINCENT
You built something real. I need you to know I see that.
And I also need to say something you probably haven't let yourself say out loud yet - it should not still feel this heavy. The business is working. You are just the reason it's working, and somewhere in your body you already know those are not the same thing.
That is exactly what we are here to sort out.
Or maybe you are not there yet. Maybe you are still inside someone else's organisation, doing genuinely brilliant work, carrying responsibility that has outgrown the title they gave you for it - and there is a question sitting quietly at the back of everything: what would it look like to build something of my own, properly, from the start? Not scaled back. Not hedged. Actually mine.
You are in the right place too.
BUSINESS | LEADERSHIP| LIFE
the work
You did not invent the way you have been working. You inherited it.
Build fast. Be indispensable. Carry the pressure. Hold the standard yourself. Make yourself impossible to replace and hope that eventually it gets easier.
It didn't, did it.
That model was never designed for you. It was designed for someone else entirely, and you have been executing it brilliantly while quietly paying a price nobody put in the brief. The revenue grew. The responsibility grew with it. The reward and the freedom were supposed to follow. For a lot of the women I work with, they still haven't.
This is where we change that.
Not by pushing harder or thinking more positively or building better morning routines. By looking honestly at where the money is going, where the decisions are landing, where the authority actually sits, and where your faith in what you're building goes quiet the moment the pressure rises. That last one matters more than most people will tell you. I am not most people.
We redesign how wealth moves through your business and your life. How authority is held and by whom. How you lead in a way that is actually yours - not a borrowed version of someone else's model that was never built for a woman in the first place.
So that growth stops costing your nervous system. So the business holds without you in the centre of everything. So what you are building becomes something worth having, not just something worth running.
THE DIAGNOSTIC
If you have a feeling your business is more dependent on you than it should be, this is where we find out.
The Diagnostic is a live ninety-minute group session — a small room, on purpose — where we look at your business honestly. Where decisions are still routing to you unnecessarily, where your team holds the standard in your presence and lets it soften when you step back, where the pressure is concentrating instead of spreading, where authority looks distributed but is actually just deferred.
I am not here to inspire you. I am here to show you what is actually there.
You will leave with a clear picture. Not a to-do list, not a reflection, not a set of frameworks to implement on your own. A diagnosis. The kind that makes everything that felt vague and heavy suddenly legible.
Some women apply for The House the same week. Some take it forward on their own. Both are completely fine. The point is that you see it clearly, probably for the first time.
This is not a taster session. It is not content. It is the most useful ninety minutes you will spend on this business.
Next session: 23 March 2026, 12:00 GMT. Limited spaces.
THE HOUSE
The House is six months. A small group of founders - I keep it small on purpose, because this work requires proximity and I will not pretend otherwise.
It runs as a mastermind and one-to-one hybrid. You get the room — the other women, the collective intelligence, the recognition that comes from being truly seen by people who are building at the same level — and you get me, directly, in your business.
We redesign three things: how wealth moves through your business and your life, how you claim and hold authority without it costing you your health, and how you lead in a way that is actually yours. Not a version of leadership borrowed from a structure that was never built for a woman in the first place.
This is the most commercially and personally significant work you will do on this business. I know that because I have walked every version of it myself.
It is rigorous. It is spiritual. It is the work that changes what you believe is possible and then builds the structure to match it.
If you are ready to stop running a business that depends entirely on your presence and start building one that is worthy of everything you have already put into it, this is where that happens.
experience
I have spent twenty-five years in serious commercial leadership. Contact centres, rail operations, global teams, full P&L accountability - the kind of environments where the structure is complex, the pressure is real, and there is nowhere to hide if you have not done the work properly, especially for women.
That work spanned retail, fashion and finance as well as csuteomr experience, operations and service delivery. It included restructures, redundancy programmes, technology transformations and internal brand voice development - the kind of work that requires you to hold the commercial and the human at the same time, without flinching at either.
I have sat inside these industries at a senior level and I have worked privately with the founders building inside them. I know what the pressure looks like from both chairs, which means when I sit with you I am not learning your world. I already know it.
I also spent most of those years performing a version of myself that the room was asking for rather than the one that was actually true. I know what that costs. I know it in my nervous system, in my relationships, in the gap between what I was building professionally and what I was quietly losing personally.
That is not a cautionary tale - it is why I know how to do this and how I have become absolutely brilliant at it.
I work with women at every stage - from the first serious question about what it would look like to build something of their own, through to established businesses turning multi-seven figures. What connects them is not where they are. It is that they are done operating below what they are actually capable of, and they are ready to do something about it.
My work holds the commercial and the spiritual in the same space because I have never found a way to separate them. Margin and decision rights and accountability are not different from nervous system capacity and faith. In my experience, they are proof of it.
I only work with a small number of women at any one time. Not because it sounds exclusive - because it is the only way I know how to do this properly.
Client Reviews
There was a time I began to question everything about myself - my skills, my capabilities, even my values.
Looking inward with Emma’s support helped me challenge that narrative. I realised those doubts were limiting beliefs I had created, and once I shed them, I felt reborn and able to take control back.
Setting up my own business has been a huge milestone. In less than a year, it’s turning over mid six figures - and, more importantly, I’m in control of my time and my life. I feel abundantly grateful.
Since then, we’ve refined our pipeline approach and now generate 3x more leads every month. In leadership, I’m no longer afraid to take up space - I deserve a seat at the table, and I’ll hold it for the women who come after me.
For me, the biggest shift is knowing that I am already everything I’ll ever need to be - and I can have as much as I want.
That’s why I still work with Emma now - to stay regulated, to keep leading from that grounded place, and to keep expanding without ever losing myself again.

I’d built strong foundations and was about to open my first aesthetics practice after years of working across the UK. Life was full of change, and I knew I wanted controlled growth and to be the woman who created generational wealth for my family. I’d dabbled in manifestation and I knew strategy - but I wanted more than another plan. I wanted to feel certain.
From day one, Emma saw me and believed in dreams that felt huge at the time. Having someone mirror back my vision with such clarity raised my frequency every single time we worked together. It made bringing my desires in feel not only possible, but inevitable.
She’s not just a mentor - she’s my fairy godmother. The way she sees me leaves no space for doubt, and everything feels lighter, easier, even the things that require real work.
Since that first list of dreams, I’ve moved my family to the States, opened a medspa in New York, expanded to clinics across America, built a team, and even gone back to nursing school so I can deliver even more. What once felt like ‘someday’ is now my everyday reality.
The biggest shift? My worth is never under scrutiny anymore. I operate from a place where everything flows more easily. I’m proud of the woman I’ve become - and if you’re wondering whether it’s your time, it 100% is.
Working with Emma feels like having a fairy godmother - every time we connect, my frequency rises and my dreams land faster.

When I first started working with Emma, it felt like the lights were out and no one was home. I was stressed, burnt out, lacking self-worth, and completely lost. It was like I was dead inside.
Since then, everything has changed.
Each breakthrough with Emma has led to the next level of growth.
The most powerful was healing deep hurts I didn’t even realise I was carrying. That healing unlocked the belief that I am enough, I am worthy, and that my light is meant to shine bright.
From that place, my business has transformed. My messaging is clear because I know who I am. I attract my ideal clients, work and live in balance, and run my business in flow. I actively look for the joy in every situation - which means life feels great.
Tangible shifts have followed too:
Massive business growth
New levels of confidence
Time for myself and those I love.
The biggest gift? Realising, in every cell of my body, that I am enough. I am worthy. I am bloody good at my craft. I am an amazing transformational interior designer, a mentor, a friend, and a beautiful soul.
Today, I show up as all of me. My light shines brightly,I live life on my terms, in flow, trusting the universe fully. And I’d recommend this work to any woman who wants to live her full potential, find joy in everything, and truly feel alive.
